Course Overview - During this course, six master teachers present teaching demonstrations and case histories of students are discussed. Concrete links are made between various teaching strategies and the scientific and medical information covered in other courses of the PDP program. It is suggested (but not required) that the 4 other core curriculum course be taken first. Many NYSTA members attend or view this class every year, taking away useful new studio strategies and greater awareness of their own teaching style.
“Information is only helpful when it stirs our imagination and encourages our creativity.”
