Biography |
Liz Caplan has been teaching and coaching voice in New York for 25 years. Hew students are currently featured in Broadway productions:Kerry Butler and Hunter Foster in "Little Shop", Amy Spanger in "Urinetown", Kathy Brier as Tracy Turnblad in "Hairspray", Kate Reinders as Dainty June in "Gypsy", Cathy Trien as Ms. Peter's cover in "Gypsy". Ms. Caplan works with Ana Gastayer of SNL and many others. Liz also is a consultant to the record labels and teaches a great many successful musical acts.

Teaching Philosophy |
Balancing the State of the Artist. Liz Caplan includes many unique modalities in her approach to teaching singing. She applies the principles of Alexander technique, Linklater concepts, as well as yoga and nutrition to balance the artist and their voice. Vocal exercises are tailored to the individual based on their musical needs.

Studio Policies |
Students who are accepted into the studio must provide at least 48 hours cancellation for scheduled lesson time.
