NYSTA is a valuable educational and career tool and a great resourse for voice professionals of all kinds, throughout the country, and abroad. Our membership consists of voice teachers, vocal coaches, choir directors, singers, music and stage directors, otolaryngolotists, speech pathologists, composers, and others who share a love of the singing voice.

NYSTA offers many opportunities to meet and exchange ideas and information with like-minded colleagues. Every season we present stimulating lectures, classes, and related events.

In addition to our bulletin VoicePrints, published bi-monthly, our website, is an important source of information for the singing community. In 2007 we began offering our Professional Development Program Courses online, and On-Demand, to meet the needs of voice professionals around the world. And our seasonal events can also be found in our online video archive (available free of charge to all members). So, whether you are a local, national or international voice professional, NYSTA can be a great service and resource for you and your students (clients).

  • free or reduced rates to our programs, and special events.
  • subscription to VoicePrints, the official NYSTA bulletin, currently published bi-monthly September to June.
  • a listing in our Find a Teacher Directory of our website (additional purchase required)

Additional member benefits are:
